I’m sure most of you have heard the saying “What you eat is what you are”,  well these words are something I live by on a daily basis as I always try to be very careful with what I consume and how much of it I have because sadly enough, what you eat does have an effect on your overall appearance in the long run so although you may enjoy a few slices of cheesecake now, your body will more that likely resent you for it later! There are loads of different foods out there that aren’t as fattening as all those heavenly dessert  and can taste just as nice (believe it or not). You mightn’t enjoy eating healthier foods at the start, but once you get used to it and once you start to see results in your own appearance you will be more determined to continue. I mean it is difficult of course, I won’t say it’s not, but look at it this way, it will improve your appearance and most of all, your body will thank you for it later!
